1971 Ford Mustang Mach 1
Based on the success of the first generation, Ford introduced the second generation Mach 1 in 1971.
One of the standout features was the optional dual scoop hood design which could be either non-functional as a visual enhancement or fitted with the fully functional 'Ram Air' option.
The base engine was a 302 Windsor with optional 351 Cleveland and 429 engines including Cobra Jet and Super Cobra Jet options.
The '71 Mach 1 featured in the James Bond film Diamonds are Forever.
