The 1968 to 1970 variant of the Dodge Charger is an all-time classic American Muscle Car.  The Charger is most famously known for it's role in the 1979 TV series "The Dukes of Hazzard" starring as the "General Lee".  A  Charger R/T also starred in the famous "Bullett" chase scene in the1968 movie, alongside Steve McQueen's 1968 Mustang GT.
The Charger Second Generation was an update to the original 1966 model and based on the same Chrysler B Platform.  The 1968 model used the 318 cu. in. 5.2L v8 from the original with several options introduced. 
The most popular variant was the Charger R/T which ran the 440 Magnum engine or 426 Hemi.
